NORTH SCOTTSDALE TEAM

Welcome to The Exercise Coach - North Scottsdale. We are proud to support our community by fostering healthy lifestyles. We understand that life is busy and demanding, making it difficult to maintain a healthy regimen. Here at The Exercise Coach - North Scottsdale, we are energized to help! Let us introduce our team of North Scottsdale personal trainers!

Allen Whiteman

Head Coach

Allen is originally from a small farm community in Ohio and he attended the Columbus College of Art and Design as a Fine Arts major. He relocated to the Valley in 1997 to pursue a different passion: beach volleyball. An unfortunate injury ended Allen’s days in the sun. When he asked himself, "what now?" the answer was simple. He decided he would share the benefits of a fitness lifestyle that he had enjoyed for so long. Allen obtained his personal trainer certification from the International Sports Science Association and got to work. Now, less than 2 years later, he is proud to be the Head Coach at T.E.C. in North Scottsdale. “My name is Allen Whiteman...and I believe in fitness.”
